Printify operates on a print-on-demand model, ensuring that each product is individually crafted upon order placement. Consequently, we do not accommodate returns or exchanges for cases where customers have selected the wrong size, color, or have had a change of preference.

Nevertheless, if a product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, Printify is committed to providing a complimentary replacement or a refund. To initiate this process, please reach out to our team within 30 days of product delivery. You can use the "Submit Issue" form and include a clear photo illustrating the problem for swift assistance. 

If a concern pertains to multiple products featuring the same design, an additional photo (or video) displaying all affected items in one frame is necessary for verification.

It's important to be aware that Printify cannot be held accountable and won't provide replacements or refunds in situations where the customer has chosen an incorrect size or color. In the event of a delivery issue, you have the option to choose between a replacement with an additional fee or a partial refund. For DTG products, a 0.5" tolerance is applicable to print placement, implying that minor variations in the print's positioning won't be treated as defects.
